It’s an exciting time, the beta code redemption has been set up! If you haven’t heard the news check out the update here!
Diving right in, here’s some more info about the Beta Rewards and code redemption, if you have more questions or run into trouble send us an email (Hello@NewHideaway.com) and we’ll help you out!
To get started download Party Parrot World and log in, once you’ve logged into the world you can redeem a code. When redeeming remember to select the reward and click confirm so that it’s added to your account!
Q: Where do I find the code?
A: Codes were included in the original invite email in November 2022. These codes can also be shared with two friends! You can look for it by searching your inbox for emails sent from Hello@partyparrotworld.com.
Q: Where do I use the code?
A: You can use a code in Hideaway with the “Code” tab (on the sidebar). You can open the sidebar by tapping anywhere on the sidebar. After making an account you can also use the portal here. If you get stuck, we have a helpful blog post here!
Q: I’m on iOS, not Windows or Android!
A: Jump onto our website portal here and log into your account. From here go over to the codes tab and put your code in! Remember to select the reward and click confirm.
Q: My reward wasn’t added!
A: Try putting the code in again, make sure to select the reward and click confirm so that it’s added to your parrot! You can also use the contact form or email us directly and we’ll look into things.
Q: I don’t have an email!
A: If you can’t find your email, or otherwise don’t have your own code, do not fear! Each code can be used by 3 people, this encourages our community to gather with friends and share these sweet rewards together! If you filled out the form in 2022 and don’t have an email, you can email us!
Q: What is the beta outfit?
A: The outfit is pretty cool – a matching party hat and cozy scarf, face paint, a cute penguin plushie, cool sneakers, flowy mermaid hair, and 50 Rubies to use in the Hideaway Store!
Q: What about the outfit suggestions?
A: Check out this blog post update all about outfit suggestions. The outfits will become codes to redeem and sent to players in small batches. Please be patient while we work on this. Each outfit is done individually and requires a lot of resources from the team. It’ll be super exciting to see these suggestions in-game!
Q: When do the codes expire?
A: These codes will expire on March 1st, 2025. If you just found this announcement, then go dust off your emails and redeem it!
So, to all those who have play tested, shared feedback, given support and kind words – thank you all so much. For us this project is so important, being able to have this friendly creative space where kids of all ages are safe to be silly and free, it’s what we’re so excited to bring about.
