Did you forget your username? Don’t worry, you’re not the only one. It has happened to other players before, which is why we want to help you retrieve your username!
Please note that you want to retrieve your Hideaway username, which you use as your Hideaway login to access games and worlds. Your Party Parrot World username is different. It’s only used as a display name inside Party Parrot World.
Try any of these methods that fit your case:
Find your username in Hideaway
- For now, this only works on PC and Android, not iOS.
- Log onto Hideaway using your email address.
- You can see your username in the menu.
- On PC, over the left menu.
- On Android, tap the parrot icon or three lines in the top corners.
Can’t login? Forgot your password?
- Please follow these instructions to reset your password.
- You will need your email address associated with your Hideaway account.
Forgot your email address?
- Try using an email address you normally use for making accounts.
- Search ‘hideaway’ in your email inbox. If you find a Hideaway verification email, then this email address was used to make a Hideaway account.
